Cheney Dangles Possible 2024 Presidential Run, Will You Vote For Her?

Cheney Commends Biden’s Foreign Policy Leadership, Ranking It Above Trump’s

In a recent appearance on CNN’s “State of the Union,” former Representative Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) commended President Biden’s approach to international affairs, asserting it surpasses that of ex-President Trump.

Host Jake Tapper queried Cheney regarding who she believed was exhibiting stronger leadership globally at present, Biden or Trump. Without hesitation, the Republican from Wyoming endorsed Biden. She further criticized Trump’s earlier disparagement of former Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, wherein Trump claimed Netanyahu had disappointed the U.S. in 2020, particularly around the time the U.S. eliminated a high-ranking Iranian military officer.

Describing Trump’s remarks as “shocking,” Cheney emphasized the necessity for a reaction. She advocated for every GOP Congressional member, as well as every Republican presidential aspirant, to be questioned regarding Trump’s statement.

Cheney didn’t stop there; she highlighted allegations from early in Trump’s presidency that he divulged Israeli intelligence secrets to Russia. Additionally, she referenced an indictment from Special Counsel Jack Smith, which accused Trump of leaking confidential information possibly tied to prospective military operations against Iran.

Cheney attacked Trump’s comportment, accusing him of not only praising foes of the U.S. and actual terrorist groups responsible for killing innocent people but also of purportedly disclosing extremely sensitive intelligence details, compromising both American and Israeli information, to hostile parties. She underscored these actions as further proof of Trump’s unsuitability for the presidency.

In a separate development, Trump faces 40 felony charges concerning alleged mismanagement of classified documents and endeavors to hinder the government’s recovery of such materials, to which he has entered a plea of not guilty.
