Biden and Harris Border Crisis – Guess Who’s Getting Involved

The border crisis is getting very serious, and now members of both parties are urging Joe Biden and Kamala Harris to visit the southern border.

With all the chaos that’s happening there right now, this could be a good opportunity to show how they plan on handling this national security threat – something they’ve BOTH failed to do.

Republican Sen. John Cornyn, Republican Rep. Tony Gonzales and Democratic Rep. Henry Cuellar coauthored an opinion piece in the Dallas Morning News on Tuesday, noting that border apprehensions have skyrocketed during the Biden administration.

The lawmakers pointed out that the U.S. is on track to receive “the highest number of total yearly border crossings in two decades” after nearly 930,000 migrants including “almost 80,000 unaccompanied children” have illegally crossed over into America in the past 8 months.

Kamala Harris, who was tasked by Biden to handle the southern border, has not made a visit to the border in her more than 700 days since taking office.

This is a slap in the face to those who want answers and solutions to the border crisis. In particular, Border Patrol Agents who are risking their lives every day to protect our nation, and Americans living near the border, fearful they’ll encounter violent cartel members and child sex traffickers.

It’s time for Harris, Biden, or both of them to step up and show some leadership by visiting the border themselves so that they can see firsthand how dire this situation is becoming in America.
