In honor of “Juneteenth,” R&B singer Macy Gray is calling for the American Flag to be canceled. She all but calls the flag racist. All because… Trump supporters like it?
The piece is tiled “For Juneteenth, America needs a new flag that all of us can honor.” If you can’t honor your own country’s flag, that’s kind of your own fault isn’t it? There’s plenty of countries with different flags. Pick one you like and move there. Good luck!
The Confederate battle flag, which was crafted as a symbol of opposition to the abolishment of slavery, is just recently tired. We don’t see it much anymore. However, on the 6th, when the stormers rained on the nation’s most precious hut, waving Old Glory — the memo was received: the American flag is its replacement.
President Biden, Madame Harris and members of Congress: the American flag has been hijacked as code for a specific belief. God bless those believers, they can have it. Like the Confederate, it is tattered, dated, divisive, and incorrect. It no longer represents democracy and freedom. It no longer represents ALL of us. It’s not fair to be forced to honor it. It’s time for a new flag.

We aren’t allowed to honor our history, our heritage. They demand that we hate ourselves and everything that we stand for. Liberals have refused to respect religion, marriage, and parenthood for years. Now they refuse to respect anything at all.
The Smithsonian documents that the “white” stripes represent purity and innocence. America is great. It is beautiful. Pure, it ain’t. It is broken and in pieces.

The American flag isn’t some symbol of “Nazi” or whatever Macy seems to think. It represents all the beautiful ideas that this country was founded on. It represents the men and women who have served our country. Something that most liberals have never done.
Republicans are the only thing standing in front of the liberal steamroller. Democrats have show that they will bend to the will of these people, no matter how absurd their demands are.

Okay – you don’t like the flag that my father died for – then leave – go home some where else. You will not be missed! Get over yourself. As far as slavery is concerned, blacks were not the only slaves and YES BLACKS SOLD OTHER BLACKS INTO SLAVERY. So Blacks should be held accountable for slavery in America as well as every Democrat today. As the Democratic party was and is the party of slavery, Jim Crow, the KKK, segregation laws – just ask the man you installed into the oval office – he was front and center with the KKK top clansman and did his best to make sure black folks did not receive the America dream. Say what, can’t hear you anymore!

Macy Gray Had one song long ago, and has been a flop since then doing nothing but trying to cause hate in America. Again make something constructive of your life and stop playing the race card.
If you do not like the good old Red, White, and Blue then you can just pack up and leave the U. S. of A. period. This country does not need a bunch of people trying to divide it’s citizens. The illegal government that is currently in office at the moment is already doing its best to do that. All of the so called journalist, celebrities, overpaid athletes, talkshow hosts, and musicians need to start keeping their mouths closed about what they don’t like about this great country and just do what they are paid to do. If the beautiful American flag is so offensive for Macy Gray then maybe she should go to China or Russia her attitude would really fit in with those cultures NOT!!!
well i got to say this is almost the stupid thing i have heard today. some has been singer who in my opinion just tiring to get some attention. just like the rest of this crap the demo pats tiring to ruin our great country. i mean holy smoke they demos letting city’s be burnt down over a bad call one cop made over a year ago. we had to be forced in one year anniversary death come on get a life and get right in your pee brain. mayors (lightfoot) wont give reporters a interview. i thought we as a country are supposed to be stopping racism not cranking it up every day. wth is really going on? dont like what i have to say oops first amendment!!! we as Americans need to stop these crazy people from ruining our country. by the time 2024 gets here it may to late for D. Are these haters so uneducated that they don’t realize we fought Nazism, Marxism, Fascism, Communism, to help free other people around the world? Yet people aren’t flocking OUT of the USA, people are (literally) dying to come here.
WHY? The best Constitution on the face of this planet. These people have it so lucky. They are so myopic.
The flag represents ALL Americans because your rights are protected under our great Constitution.
Macy, you want to burn the flag, go ahead. You’re protected by that very Constitution. But if ANY of our politicians give in to this lunacy I’ll be the first person to lay down my body in defense of this beautiful flag.
