Trump Foe WEEPS as He’s Sentenced to 30 Months in Prison
Finally, some justice…
One of Trump’s biggest foes has gotten his comeuppance. Disgraced lawyer Michael Avenatti has been formally sentenced to 30 months in prison for attempting to extort Nike out of up to $25 million.
During his sentencing hearing, he broke down weeping with remorse…
Avenatti, who started crying during a statement to the judge before he was sentenced, said, “I am truly sorry for all of the pain I caused to Mr. Franklin and others.”
“I alone have destroyed my career, my relationships and my life. And there is no doubt I need to pay,” the 50-year-old Avenatti told Gardephe.
At one point, Avenatti broke down and took several moments to compose himself as he spoke about the effects of his conduct on his three children.

Avenatti represented Trump’s former lawyer Michael Cohen as well as Stormy Daniels, who sued Trump for defamation. Avenatti has been charged with swindling Daniels in a separate case.
It’s a stunning fall from grace for a man who once considered running for President.
Considering Avenatti’s bad behavior, Trump exercised restraint when commenting publicly about him. When Avenatti’s final bail request was denied in March 2020, Trump tweeted, sarcastically, “Such a fine guy! Presidential aspirations you know!”
Meanwhile, Trump has survived 5 years’ worth of the Democrats’ never-ending efforts to slander him, indict him, and impeach him. Yet nothing has stuck. The Democrats have been exposed as liars — and Trump is still standing.
Let’s pray that Avenatti finds God while in prison and has a true change of heart.
