Trump Medical Report Leaks

President Donald Trump’s latest annual physical examination results were released by the White House on Friday, with his physician concluding that the president remains in excellent health and fully capable of carrying out the duties of office.

The report follows months of public discussion surrounding Trump’s health, including visible bruising on his hands, occasional swelling in his legs, and ongoing questions related to his age. Trump is set to celebrate his 80th birthday on June 14, making him one of the oldest presidents in American history.

Earlier this week, Trump underwent a comprehensive medical evaluation at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. According to the report, the examination included consultations with more than 20 specialists from multiple medical institutions.

The medical summary listed Trump’s weight at 238 pounds and recorded a blood pressure reading of 105/71. His temperature was reported as 98.7 degrees Fahrenheit. Physicians stated that his vision, hearing, and overall ear, nose, and throat examinations were normal, with the exception of scarring on his right ear that was described as consistent with the gunshot wound he sustained during the 2024 campaign.

The report, prepared by presidential physician Sean Barbabella, also noted that advanced cardiac testing showed normal heart function. According to the evaluation, Trump’s estimated cardiac health measured significantly younger than his chronological age.

Doctors found no major concerns involving circulation, neurological function, lung health, or overall physical condition. The report concluded that Trump remains fit to serve as commander in chief and head of state.

The physician also addressed the bruising that has frequently appeared on the president’s hands during public appearances. According to the report, the discoloration is consistent with minor soft-tissue irritation caused by frequent handshaking while taking daily aspirin as part of a cardiovascular prevention regimen.

Medical officials described the bruising as a common and harmless side effect rather than a sign of an underlying health condition.

The examination also referenced mild swelling in Trump’s lower legs, noting that the condition has improved compared with previous evaluations. White House officials have previously attributed the swelling to chronic venous insufficiency, a common vein condition that affects blood flow in the legs and is frequently seen in older adults.

Questions about Trump’s health have remained a topic of public discussion throughout his second term. Social media users and political commentators have frequently analyzed photographs and videos of the president, pointing to bruising, swelling, and occasional moments during public events as evidence of possible health concerns.

The White House has consistently rejected speculation that the president is suffering from any serious medical problems and has repeatedly emphasized that routine examinations continue to show strong overall health.

The broader conversation has also fueled debate about age and leadership in Washington. Trump’s age has often been compared with that of former President Joe Biden, whose health and cognitive fitness became major political issues during the 2024 election cycle.

As Americans continue to debate the role of age in public office, Trump’s latest medical report is likely to remain a key part of that discussion heading into the next phase of his presidency.
