Are You Confident That Ballots Will Be Accurately Counted and Reported This Election?

This week, the House task force delving into the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump has dispatched requests for transcribed interviews and additional documents to several entities in Pennsylvania. The requests targeted law enforcement in Butler Township and Butler County, as well as the emergency services units in both Butler and Beaver counties. These actions are described as the next phase in the investigation by a recent press release from the task force.

Furthermore, the task force has also reached out to the coroners of Butler County and Allegheny County, seeking autopsy results and the coroner’s report concerning Thomas Matthew Crooks, the identified shooter.

The communications sent by the panel request comprehensive documents and correspondence associated with the Trump rally. This includes all planning, participation, and post-event activities, according to the letters drafted by Task Force Chairman Rep. Mike Kelly, R-Pa., and Rep. Jason Crow, D-Colo. The press release, however, has redacted the names of the specific officers and law enforcement personnel from whom interviews are being requested.
