Trump Promises To End Crime In Democrat Run Cities, Do You Trust Him?

DC Court Prepares for Trump Jury Selection; Residents Receive Mysterious Notices

Washington, D.C. residents are reportedly receiving jury summons that seem connected to the upcoming trial of ex-President Donald Trump concerning election interference. This information comes from an NBC News report.

A D.C. resident shared a notice they received for a jury “pre-screening” on February 9, with a trial set for March 4. These dates align with the schedule of Trump’s trial, though the notice didn’t explicitly mention it. The recipient observed that the specific dates and the nature of the notice suggest its relation to a high-profile case.

This D.C. trial is one of four major legal challenges Trump is currently facing. He’s battling civil fraud charges in New York, allegations of mishandling classified documents in Florida, and another case of election interference in Georgia, in addition to the D.C. case. Trump has pleaded not guilty to all these charges.

Recently, a federal appeals court ruled that Trump can be subject to civil lawsuits related to the January 6, 2021, Capitol breach. Several Capitol Police officers and Congress members involved in the events of that day have filed lawsuits seeking damages, with Trump as the sole defendant.

In the New York case, Trump has alleged political bias against Attorney General Letitia James and Judge Arthur Engoron. This resulted in a gag order concerning court staff. Trump has publicly criticized James and Engoron, claiming their actions are harmful to New York’s business environment and reputation.
