A popular children’s show is encouraging children to get vaccinated. Teletubbies’ Twitter account posted a tweet showing off their “vaccine cards.”
Of course they’re fictional characters so they haven’t really had any vaccines.
Some people pointed out they had made a mistake. The “TARDIS” is a time machine from a tv series.
The Teletubbies’ show is aimed at young children. The vaccines are only approved in the United States for ages 12 and up, a higher age than would be likely to watch the show. Hopefully everyone will follow their own doctor’s orders and not try to get a vaccine for their younger children.
