Will Trump Unite or Divide Americans If He Wins 2024 Election?

Nikki Haley claims Trump feels ‘threatened’ and acts out, aiming to attract DeSantis supporters

Nikki Haley is confident in winning over some supporters of Gov. Ron DeSantis, despite his endorsement of former President Trump following his withdrawal from the GOP nomination race.

“I believe his followers are still deciding,” said Haley, the ex-U.N. ambassador.

“Consider this: His backers are patriotic and sought fresh, younger leadership. We offer that.”

After a weak performance in the Iowa caucuses, DeSantis suspended his campaign, leaving Haley as Trump’s sole challenger.

With the New Hampshire primary looming, DeSantis couldn’t muster 10% in polls. Trump, on the other hand, maintains a substantial lead. DeSantis’ backing might sway his followers to Trump in New Hampshire and elsewhere.

Haley notes her impact on Trump, citing his critical remarks about her as a reaction to feeling insecure or threatened.

“I’ve always said, in a direct matchup, Trump can’t beat Biden, but I can, and by a wide margin. This is about winning in November. We know Trump can’t win. With me, Nikki Haley, victory is assured.”

Haley enjoys significant independent voter support.

One independent voter expressed optimism about her chances, while another favored her to replace Biden and prevent Trump’s re-election.

Notable figures, including New Hampshire’s Republican Gov. Chris Sununu and TV judge Judy Sheindlin, endorse Haley.

Sununu believes Haley’s candidacy strengthens the Republican ticket across all races. “We’re eager for victories, and Nikki brings that winning spirit,” he said.

Judge Judy, campaigning for Haley, traveled 1,700 miles to endorse her, praising Haley’s leadership qualities.

Haley welcomed the endorsement, recognizing Judge Judy’s reputation for straightforwardness.
