You Won’t Believe What MI Senate GOP Said About 2020 Election
The Michigan Senate GOP just went “Sergeant Schultz” on last November’s election.
He was the character in the TV show Hogan’s Heroes who had the famous line: “I see nothing… I see no-thing!”
And Republicans saw ‘nothing wrong’ with the state’s 2020 election. The Michigan Senate released a report, which concludes it “found no evidence of widespread or systematic fraud in Michigan’s prosecution of the 2020 election.”
Senate Oversight Chair Ed McBroom, R-Waucedah Township, released the report Wednesday. It was the result of nearly 30 hours of public hearings, 87 eyewitnesses, and over 400 pages of testimony.
McBroom wrote:
“At this point, I feel confident to assert the results of the Michigan election are accurately represented by the certified and audited results.”
The report ‘debunked’ 13 common accusations about the election. Which included dead people voting, inaccurate voting tabulators, Antrim county results, and incidents at the TCF Center in Detroit.
It also said that Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson and local clerks removed roughly 3,500 absentee ballots cast by living voters who died before Election Day.
The report follows less than a week after hundreds of Republicans delivered 7,000 affidavits. They claimed election fraud and demanded a forensic audit. But McBroom wrote an audit was ‘not justifiable’ based on his findings.
In other words: Nothing to see here folks, move right along.
Despite thousands of people who said – under penalty of perjury – there was election fraud.
In the movie Back to the Future, Biff knocks on George McFly’s head and says: “Hellllooo… McFly – anyone home?”
We say the same thing to Senator Ed: “Helllooo… McBroom… anyone home?”
It looks like the state of Michigan is more corrupt than we thought. And that we shouldn’t trust any leader because they have an “R” behind their name.
