Why Trump’s Chance of Reelection Just Went Up

The largest American cities are dominated politically by Democrats. Republican presidents can’t expect to win in states whose general populations are overrun by these cities. For example California and New York, with huge numbers of electoral votes, consistently go to Democrats.

Democratic miss-management of these cities has caused many problems:

  • Cost of living is higher
  • Taxes are higher
  • COVID fears driven by population density are magnified
  • Democratic COVID restrictions are damaging economies
  • Homeless problems
  • High crime rates
  • High cost of education
  • Traffic problems
  • Republicans are tired of Democratic policy created problems

In many major states — like California — Republicans are 3 times more likely to leave.

The good news is that these Republicans are relocating to swing states and reinforcing traditionally red states.

Republicans are leaving the biggest cities more than Democrats. They are leaving blue states headed to swing and potentially weak red states. This is changing the political landscape and this is good news for Donald Trump’s reelection chances in 2024.
